The opportunity
Ajab Amin wanted Not Far from the Truth’s book cover to incorporate a person while alluding to spirit. She also wanted an accompanying landing page that would represent the book.
the service
I designed a cover that used abstraction, and earthy and warm colors to represent her vision. I included elements of mystery that would spark curiosity and draw people in. For the landing page, I created it in a way that captured the essence of the book while highlighting her as the author and incorporating some of her existing branding.
